Maggie McGarvey writes and edits essays, creative non-fiction, flash fiction, and the occasional poem. Her favorite topics include music, vocabulary, politics, and children’s television.

When not working or writing, Maggie enjoys going to concerts, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, exploring the world with camera in hand, and having intense conversations about what dinosaurs probably sounded like.

She lives in Southern California with her husband and their two children.
